Denver, Colorado

Denver, Colorado is on the western edge of the Great Plains as it
gives way to the Rocky Mountains. To the east is the empty sector of
giant ranches, more empty than Kansas. Then you come to this huge city
which receives more than its share of government money. The city is
losing population, but the suburbs are growing fast. This includes
Golden, Colorado (right), the home of Coors Beer.

To the north is Boulder, Colorado, home of the University of Colorado.
It is a fitness crazed, upperly mobile suburb with many unique
buildings. It is also at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains where
people bike and jog the rocky vallies up to natural attractions. Above
you'll see Boulder Falls.

Rocks seem to be the preoccupation with the people of Denver, after
physical fitness.

South of town is the famous Red Rock Amphitheatre with its trendy town
of Morrison. Red Rock was made into an amphitheatre by idle army
troops who were waiting for World War II to break-out. It stands today
as a great place for rock concerts or weddings.
